Dalian Spring Real Estate Fair kicked off at the World Expo Centre in Dalian, Northeast China's Liaoning Province, April 7, 2011.

The fair, which covers up to 30,000 square meters, was adjusted to five days for the first time this year, attracting a total of 80 real estate companies with 98 buildings. The prices of more than half of the houses exhibited at the fair are published.

Home buyers continue to wait and see the real estate market.
